[Pokemon Generation 5 test]

looking good

First part feels like a loading screen. (I was trying to click the apple)

Advice: I think some special effects like blurring can suck up performance.
You could use an image editing program to make the blurs and save them as png/gif images. ("Paintdotnet" is the name of the prog )
you can also screen capture the backgrounds and use the images instead.
If you are really strapped for performance. (FSCapture can do scrolling screen caps)

I enjoyed it!

++ Drawn with sprite like action.
+ Sound quality and appropriation.

++ I laughed when I saw the green blob sprout muscles.

Action was missed, but not needed

+ Step sys
+ Lines of dialog was brief enough to not need the steps.
+ Dialog was smooth and believable,
- but name-dropping: FFD at the end irritated me a little.
- Some levels originality where lost using other characters.
- I felt the BG music was a little to loud to be background,
+ but the music didn't have lyrics to distract.
- not much happened

So true.

Dialog sys was nice and readable.
But the 'jpegged' background is noticeable.
The action was smooth too.

well actual the word epic is in their because of another flash animation i did a while ago that ended with robotnik on the floor like in this one and i just said fail but i didn't upload it here because i don't think its good enough to pass judgment this one is like a sequel to that one.
